بررسی تاثیر سلامت مذهبی بر خودکار آمدی دانشجویان
چکیده
هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر سلامت مذهبی بر خودکار آمدی دانشجویان در محیطهای آموزشی پر چالش انجام شده است. سلامت مذهبی بهعنوان بخشی از سلامت معنوی درنظر گرفته میشود که ارتباط باورها، اعمال و تجربیات مذهبی را با وضعیت جسمی و روانی فرد نشان میدهد.
روششناسی پژوهش: روش پژوهش پیمایشی و ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان دانشگاهی بوده و نمونهای به حجم ۳۸۴ نفر مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. دادهها با استفاده از روشهای آماری مناسب تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: جامعه مورد بررسی، دانشجویان مقاطع مختلف دانشگاهی بودند که در معرض استرسها، فشارهای روانی و چالشهای تحصیلی قرار داشتند.
اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد بین سلامت مذهبی و خودکار آمدی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. نتایج همچنین بیانگر آن است که تقویت سلامت مذهبی میتواند به ارتقای خودکار آمدی دانشجویان منجر شود و در بهبود کیفیت تجربههای تحصیلی و مقابله با فشارهای روانی نقش موثری ایفا کند.
