مرور روایی بر کاربست هوش مصنوعی در تربیت معلم: ارایه مدل مفهومی
چکیده
هدف: با گسترش کاربرد هوش مصنوعی در نظامهای آموزشی، بازاندیشی در الگوهای تربیت معلم به ضرورتی اساسی تبدیل شده است. این پژوهش با هدف تبیین چگونگی تحول تربیت معلم در پرتو هوش مصنوعی و ارایه یک مدل مفهومی از تعامل میان ظرفیتهای فناورانه، سواد هوش مصنوعی، شایستگیهای حرفهای و بسترهای اخلاقی-نهادی انجام شد.
روششناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و مبتنی بر مرور روایی-تلفیقی انجام شد. منابع علمی معتبر بینالمللی منتشرشده در بازه زمانی 2020 تا 2025 از طریق تحلیل محتوای مقالات، گزارشهای سیاستی و چارچوبهای نظری گردآوری و با روش سنتز مفهومی تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که هوش مصنوعی با فراهمکردن یادگیری شخصیسازیشده، بازخورد هوشمند، تحلیل دادههای آموزشی و خودکارسازی فعالیتهای اداری، ظرفیت ارتقای کیفیت آموزش و توسعه حرفهای معلمان را دارد. در مقابل، چالشهایی همچون سوگیری الگوریتمی، امنیت دادهها، شکاف دیجیتال و ملاحظات اخلاقی، ضرورت تقویت سواد هوش مصنوعی و استقرار سازوکارهای حکمرانی مناسب را آشکار میسازد. همچنین، مدل مفهومی پژوهش بر تعامل متوازن میان زیرساخت فناورانه، آمادگی حرفهای معلمان و حمایت نهادی تاکید دارد.
اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: نوآوری این پژوهش در ارایه یک مدل مفهومی چهارمولفهای برای تبیین تحول تربیت معلم در عصر هوش مصنوعی است که ضمن یکپارچهسازی ابعاد فناورانه، حرفهای، اخلاقی و نهادی، رویکرد "معلم افزودهشده" را بهعنوان چارچوبی برای بهرهگیری مسئولانه از هوش مصنوعی در نظام تربیت معلم پیشنهاد میکند.
