بررسی تاثیر کاربرد رسانههای اجتماعی بر بهبود کیفیت تحصیلات عالی: مطالعه موردی پوهنتون فاریاب
چکیده
هدف: هدف این تحقیق بررسی اثرات استفاده از رسانههای اجتماعی بر ارتقای کیفیت آموزش عالی در پوهنتون فاریاب است. با توجه به گسترش روزافزون استفاده از این رسانهها، تمرکز بر نوع و میزان بهرهبرداری استادان و محصلان از آنها صورت گرفت.
روششناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی–تحلیلی و مبتنی بر دادههای پیمایشی بود. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که میان ۱۳۲ استاد و ۳۴۶ محصل توزیع شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS و آزمونهای آماری t تک نمونهای، ANOVA و اندازه اثر (Cohen’s d) تحلیل گردید.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد استادان و محصلان نگرش مثبت و معناداری نسبت به کاربرد رسانههای اجتماعی در ارتقای کیفیت تحصیل دارند. آزمون t بیانگر آن بود که میانگین پاسخها بهطور معناداری بالاتر از مقدار نظری ۳ بوده و اندازه اثر در اغلب گویهها بزرگ و قوی گزارش شد. همچنین، در برخی گزارهها تفاوت معناداری میان نگرش رشتههای مختلف تحصیلی مشاهده گردید.
اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: بر اساس یافتهها، رسانههای اجتماعی میتوانند به عنوان ابزاری مکمل در فرآیند تدریس و یادگیری مورد استفاده قرار گیرند و در بهبود تعامل آموزشی، دسترسی به منابع و یادگیری مشارکتی نقشآفرین باشند.
