نقش علوم آماری، هوش مصنوعی و علم داده در تحول فرایندهای آموزشی در مدارس آینده محور
چکیده
هدف: هدف این پژوهش، بررسی نقش علوم آماری و آموزش آن در توسعه یادگیری الکترونیکی هوشمند و تبیین جایگاه آن در فرایندهای آموزش آیندهمحور است. همچنین، پژوهش حاضر به شناسایی کاربردهای علوم آماری در تحلیل دادههای آموزشی، تصمیمگیری هوشمند، پیشبینی عملکرد تحصیلی، شخصیسازی یادگیری و ارایه راهکارهایی برای ارتقای نظام آموزشی ایران میپردازد.
روششناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش از نوع مرور نظاممند است. بدین منظور، مقالات علمی داخلی و خارجی منتشرشده در بازه زمانی ۲۰۱۹ تا ۲۰۲۵ از پایگاههای Scopus، Google Scholar، SID و Magiran گردآوری و بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. سپس مطالعات منتخب با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی تحلیل و دستهبندی شدند.
یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که تلفیق علوم آماری با هوش مصنوعی، علم داده، تحلیل یادگیری و الگوریتمهای یادگیری ماشین، موجب بهبود تصمیمگیری آموزشی، افزایش دقت پیشبینی عملکرد تحصیلی، کاهش افت تحصیلی، ارتقای کیفیت یادگیری و توسعه عدالت آموزشی میشود. همچنین، نتایج بیانگر آن است که آموزش علوم آماری باید از رویکردهای سنتی فاصله گرفته و بر توسعه سواد داده، تفکر تحلیلی، مدلسازی آماری و تحلیل دادههای واقعی متمرکز شود.
اصالت/ارزشافزوده علمی: این پژوهش با ارایه یک مرور نظاممند و بهروز از مطالعات سالهای ۲۰۱۹ تا ۲۰۲۵، تصویری جامع از نقش علوم آماری در آموزش هوشمند و آیندهمحور ارایه میدهد. ارزشافزوده آن در تبیین ارتباط میان علوم آماری، هوش مصنوعی و یادگیری الکترونیکی و نیز ارایه راهکارهای کاربردی برای توسعه زیرساختهای آماری، ارتقای سواد داده، توانمندسازی معلمان و طراحی سامانههای بومی تحلیل داده در نظام آموزشی ایران است.
