نقش انعطافپذیری و شایستگی در عملکرد کاری با توجه به نقش میانجی رضایت شغلی دبیران و معلمان کوزران
چکیده
هدف: پژوهش با هدف شناسایی تاثیر انعطافپذیری و شایستگی بر عملکرد کاری با توجه به نقش میانجی رضایت شغلی از دیدگاه معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان کوزران انجام گرفت. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیتی توصیفی-همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان مقطع ابتدایی کوزران است.
روششناسی پژوهش: حجم نمونه بر اساس روش سرشماری 217 معلم به عنوان نمونه درنظر گرفته میشوند. ابزارها شامل پرسشنامه شایستگی حرفهای معلمان و دبیران توسط مطهری نژاد و جهانگرد [1]، انعطافپذیری منابع انسانی از پرسشنامه بلتران مارتین و همکاران [2] و پرسشنامه عملکرد شغلی پترسون است. روایی به شیوه روایی صوری انجام گرفت.
یافتهها: برای سنجش پایایی متغیرهای پژوهش از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده که پایایی پرسشنامهها به ترتیب برای شایستگی معلمان و دبیران 737/0، انعطافپذیری 798/0 و رضایت شغلی 944/0 و عملکرد کاری 707/0 گزارش شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از دو سطح آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی و نرمافزارها SPSS و lisrel استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد انعطافپذیری تاثیر معناداری بر عملکرد کاری، رضایت شغلی دارد. شایستگی تاثیر معناداری بر عملکرد کاری و رضایت شغلی دارد.
اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: انعطافپذیری بر عملکرد کاری با توجه به نقش میانجی رضایت شغلی معلمان تاثیر معناداری دارد. شایستگی تاثیر معناداری بر عملکرد کاری با توجه به نقش میانجی رضایت شغلی معلمان دارد. نتایج نشان داد رضایت شغلی معلمان تاثیر شایستگی و انعطافپذیری بر عملکرد کاری آنها را تعدیل مینماید.
